Pre-Press

Finishing

Warehousing

National Print Group, Inc. (NPG) offers its clients the ability to warehouse and release printed materials from within our controlled facilities. This capability allows stores to access needed signage on demand and enables corporate locations to have secure access to all activity with extensive reporting ability.

Our warehouse facilities include:

• 80,000 sq. ft. of warehousing and distribution space
• 2,000 to 2,500 pallet positions with additional space as required
• Complete pick and pack services
• Inventory management and reporting systems
• Online customer access to inventory, reporting, packing, and shipping details

Fulfillment

One of the most important aspects of P-O-P is kit packing for distribution. Each project is freshly approached for its packaging needs and shipping requirements. Our experts will analyze the kit and determine the best pack-out procedure and materials. We custom design packaging for every promotion to assure your materials arrive undamaged and ready to be used.

Distribution

National Print Group, Inc. (NPG) has made significant investment in our shipping and logistics capabilities. All the latest equipment and procedures are available to ship and track your packages. On-site LTL, FedEx and UPS shipping systems allow for full package level detail and tracking. NPG's location in the heart of the mid-south permits packages to be shipped via ground to more than 75% of business destinations in the continental United States in 3 days or less.

Data Management

National Print Group, Inc. (NPG) has developed a dynamic, new way to manage in-store signage and to capture the multitude of store attributes associated with multiple branch/store locations. It is called eProfile.

eProfile will streamline the process of maintaining store information that can be used to create distribution lists, generate budgets, maintain store demographics, initiate releases, trace shipments, POD's, and much more. The application resides on a secure server with regular backup and redundancies that assure continued data protection and availability. The backbone of the system is a secure SQL server database.

• Store profiling

If you are managing store signage with one or more spreadsheets, you will be amazed at the ease, speed and flexibity of the newest module: Profiling. This new tool is capable of generating a customized store signage distribution list. It can accept most upload files and will output a variety of files including Excel spreadsheets. It is specifically designed for the unique requirements of retail, banking, franchises and store chains. The Profiling module allows you to maintain store demographics and configure them to your requirements. You select the attributes you want identified. The variety of attributes tracked is limitless and could include:
